    Description of services

    QueueMed Healthtech Sdn Bhd provides a connected healthcare platform, including:

    • Journey Suite — Out-patient access: appointments, kiosks, queue management, indoor navigation, patient portal, and feedback.
    • Connect Suite — In-patient operations: SmartWard, vital-sign integration, nursing workflows, bed management, and bedside systems.
    • AI Suite — Clinical AI in the workflow: documentation, decision support, rostering, and governed agentic tools.
    • Engage Suite — Healthcare professional engagement: referrals, captive media, CME, and medical community outreach.

    Specific modules, deployment models, and contractual terms may be governed by separate agreements with your hospital or organization.

    User responsibilities

    As a user of our Services, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
    • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
    • Use the Services only for lawful healthcare purposes.
    • Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and professional standards.
    • Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions.

    Qmed Asia's platforms, including AI clinical screening and documentation tools, are intended to assist healthcare professionals. They are not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.

    • Do not disregard professional medical advice based on information from our platforms.
    • In case of medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

    Intellectual property

    All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by QueueMed Healthtech Sdn Bhd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

    Termination

    Governing law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
